Still steady at 204 - I'm wondering if the scale is broke - ha! Seriously, I've fluctuated between 202 and 207 for nearly a year now (despite all my efforts). ):
204.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
