I am changing my diet to the blood A type diet, my books will be here this week. Going through menopause & it's an emotional roller coaster. I have found myself not grazing or snacking as much as I once did, therefore, I've made a lot of headway there. I look forward to my new diet plan. The blood type A diet is basically a vegen diet & I've always wanted to eat vegatarian, this will be an exciting new way to eating for me!!
