Bad weekend, not feeling well because of TOM and everything that's going on in my life right now. Not worried, I'll get back on track today and hopefully feel better too.
291.3 lb Lost so far: 22.7 lb.    Still to go: 27.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
