Not as good for the past week. Working 14-16 hours a day, not able to exercise or sleep well. It should get easier for the second half of this week, although I have a 22-hour work day tomorrow. I'm not too discouraged as I would have been shocked with a loss. It's not a sprint!

158.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
