Woken up this morning feeling overly bloated which probably explains the weight increase.... Need to stay motivated tho and not let this effect my overall mood and goal.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
