Hooray! Back on the “down side” of my weight - it zig zagged for a week and finally zagged down to where I was last week, consistently, all day! By coincidence, I slept through breakfast (on disability so I have the freedom to do this many days) so 1st meal was a small lunch. Just ate a small dinner in the car on the way to our rehearsal in NYC. So far, I’ve only had 610 kCal on a diet of 1500, so I have calorie room for a piece of birthday cake at rehearsal! (I lucked out and one of the board of the chorus works across the street from a grocery and can pick up a cake, so Jack will be surprised!!)
