So day 3 of totally cutting out sugary fizzy drinks and drinking more water. Already my skin I'd feeling so much clearer and I'm 3lbs down on my weight!
176.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
