Can't make head or tail of my weight. I think the exercise from the 5 days in San Fran finally caught up so I've lost a little. But now my new goal as of this week is to be at an average of 1500 or less calories per day, and to try to lower the fat grams to an average of 50. Wish me luck!
163.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1552 kcal Fat: 46.20g | Prot: 48.66g | Carb: 242.57g.   Breakfast: banana, mandarin orange, splenda, Mini Moos Half & Half Creamers, Coffee, Apples & Cinnamon Instant Oatmeal. Lunch: mandarin orange, spinach salad, chicken tortilla soup, Cheez-It Cheddar Jack Baked Snack Crackers. Dinner: fat free sugar free pudding, trader joe's vegetable melange, udon soup. Snacks/Other: trader joe's cats cookies, Baked Tortilla Chips. more...
