Ok...today is the day. No more feeling guilty for not keeping up with my food or exercise journal, OR not even doing my exercise! I am tired of this feeling of blah. SOO..I am starting today, clean slate.
One day at a time, that is my goal. I know I can do this because I have done it before. But I have slipped up and let some of the weight come back. So I am getting serious again and kicking into high gear!
So 150, ready or not, here I come!
