2/2/18~ Yay! Another 2 lbs of fat sheds 😁👏🏼 just strict keto diet along with 10,000 steps! 👣. I'm trying my very best to stick to this healthy lifestyle so help me God.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
