Ok so I started contrave today. I’m stuck at 219 and I’m sick of being overweight, tired, and miserable! I developed plantar fasciitis and heel spurs from overdoing the walks got frustrated with the pain and stopped. I’m starting over again! Here we go! Gotta get this done!
219.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 84.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
