Using a new eating plan that gives me a bit more freedom at dinner, and is easier to follow. So far, so good. Been on it a week and have lost a ound. I can live with a pound off a week. Once the snow goes and I get back outside walking, more should follow.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
