My weight has gone down some today. I had a couple great workouts and ate well. I hope to keep it up. I'm going to do yoga tonight. I've been putting it off, but I need it.
206.6 lb Lost so far: 68.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
