Started strength training at koko fitclub. It's amazing how much faivt I've swapped out for muscle. I've gained five pounds since joining 6 weeks ago but I'm SO much slimmer.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.3 lb a week
