I'm happy even though I only lost 2 lbs this week. hey it is still a wt loss right? 🙂 Hopefully I will lost more fats this coming weeks. I can do this!!!
132.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
