I'm switching to my own diet because I'm having more success by just watching what I eat and becoming more active. I really want to increase my level of activity. So far it's going really well, I've lost 10 pounds. I haven't been able to exercise like I wanted though. I had surgery with the last pregancy and the bounce back is not happening like I thought it would. However, I'm determined to really push myself to get in the gym this summer and fall. By 12.12.12 (little one's 1st bday) I plan on having cake and not filling an ounce of guilt.
