I was really hungry yesterday and snacked too much. I had a great workout in the pool and on the elliptical. I'll have to watch the snacks today. I start my "off week" today. I think I might do Insanity. Not exactly an easy workout, but no weight training involved.
208.8 lb Lost so far: 66.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
