1535 kcal Fat: 60.44g | Prot: 67.53g | Carb: 185.66g.   Breakfast: Marmelade, Nutella Nutella, REWE Bäcker Brötchen, Banane. Lunch: Gut Drei Eichen Hähnchenbrust in Aspik, Harry Mehrkornbrötchen (70g). Dinner: Kroketten, Ja! Schlagsahne, Champignons, Butter, Rapsöl, Ei, Weißes Weizenmehl (Allzweck), Landjunker Schweinekotelett mit Knochen. Snacks/Other: Banane, Combo Family Cappuccino Schoko. more...
