I am doing well. The numbers haven't gone down in a couple of days. But that is likely due to the fact that I am having popcorn and with it salt. I retain water like crazy with added salt. Gonna have to give up my precious popcorn and find a different alternative to red wine and chocolate. Tonight, however, I am allowing myself 2 glasses of wine. Then none for 3 nights. No popcorn on those nights either. We shall see......

So proud of myself for my great workout yesterday... 4.5 miles and over 700 calories! Yes! It felt great!
142.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
