Day 1 of the Jenna Carmen 8 Week Challenge...

Already proving to be a challenge, when im not able to get items on the meal plan... simple things like smoked chicken!!

Some substitutions like cinnamon instead of cacao, lean biltong instead of smoked chicken....

lets see how it goes!!
