Only gained 1 lb after vacation, pretty good! But need the # to start going down
166.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1360 kcal Fat: 46.63g | Prot: 63.69g | Carb: 176.52g.   Breakfast: 1% Lowfat Milk, Tea (Brewed), Creamy Salted Peanut Butter, 100% Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch: Low Fat Ice Cream Sandwiches - Vanilla, Strawberries, Harvest Hodgepodge, Tartar Sauce with Dill & Jalapeno, Reduced Fat Lightly Breaded Fish Sticks. Dinner: Onions, Low Fat Ice Cream Sandwiches - Vanilla, Swiss Chard, Pomegranate Green Tea, Sweet italian sausage, Russet Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other: Strawberries, Baked Tortilla Chips. more...
