I was anxious that I might have lost nothing at all. I'm glad to see that the weight is starting to come off. Workout sessions begin next week. I am hoping for a faster drop.
195.6 lb Lost so far: 35.9 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
