Ok I am still at 200lbs. Don't tell me I have to do another "Apple Day" tomorrow if I weigh in at 200 lbs again!!! If so, I'll be chomping down those doggone apples! On 4-13 I was 100% compliant on diet except took small amount of liquid vitamin. I was late taking HCG (~3 hrs later than usual). Water intake was lackluster. No exercise. Maybe hormonal. I feel I am retaining fluid. Lots (all damn day) of sedentary computer work! TAXES!!! Calories less than 400. Protien portions all 100% on the money. Hunger 0-5 scale = 1 (minimal). Plan to be active today and get the cals over 400 and drink a lot of H2O!
200.0 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
