Accountability post Day 8. Today is Day 8 of my open-ended Snake Juice fast.
I'm still dealing with my period today. I'm working at Burnaby General Hospital all day today so there's that too.

148.0 lb Lost so far: 67.0 lb. Still to go: 33.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
