Bacon for breakfast and tortilla chips and cheese after dinner make for fluid retention! I walked at least 4 miles and rode my bike, not to mention alot of housework so I am not worried about gaining weight, it's just water :)
267.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 18.2 lb a week
