Ok. I will have to stay on diet pills. When I go off them, I can't lose weight. I have a ton of psychological issues that go along with my eating, so diet pills it is. I started off the week well, eating fish, but Wednesday, I started eating low sodium tuna with diet chips. I just weighed myself and I'm up two pounds. So, no more tuna or diet chips. Just grilled fish and veg.
