Oh s**t —- since Christmas, I’ve put on a pound a day, and I’m eating the same way I was before Christmas — but I had lost weight then (down to 206 briefly). Did I snack on one of those elves by mistake? Is he jumping DOWN every time I get on the scale? Grrrr. Stop it, elf! I’m sorry I ate you! Were you hiding in the gluten free waffles, or the fresh whipped cream? In the gluten free apple crumb cake, or the couple slices of baked ham? I KNOW I had 1,654 calories in one meal (sort of proud about that, in a perverted away) but I’ve been good, lately, really I have! Maybe my metabolism has gone into hibernation, it's been so COLD since the 25th. Today is Saturday, and the cold spell is not supposed to break until Tuesday. . .
