Trying to get back on track, first day of gym after 7 days of laziness. I've seen a lot of
you guys posting about the KETO diet don't know exactly what it is but I'll look into it.
165.4 lb Lost so far: 41.6 lb.    Still to go: 40.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 9.8 lb a week
