Yay! Eating simple, fruit, salad little chicken or turkey- scrambled egg whites with salsa mixed in on a corn tortilla is my favorite breakfast!
148.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
