I stopped bringing lunches to work -- I have been eating out for the last too weeks (and not having subway for lunch); this has not been kind to me. The few pints on the patio while enjoying the sun have not helped either. Need to start making better choices.
144.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
