My friends and I are gonig on a Cruise in 17 days. Three of us want to loose weight before than. So we started a friendly compitition of The Biggest Loser. Whoever looses the most percentage wise the day before wins, and the losers buy the winner something from one on the islands. There are 2 guys and me, they both want to loose around 40 where I only wanna loose 15-20. But I could still win. I have been doing ok, keeping 5 pounds off since the start. But I am having troube loosing more. So here comes the hard part. I am buckling down, going to the gym every other night. Taking a brisk walk during my two 15 mins breaks at work. Going for a brisk walk with my dog when i get home. Trying to stay active. Now here is where I am hurting. Staying true to my deit. Watching what I eat is one thing, but I watch myself eat sweets and a little to much. I need to work on this, I have limited time before I am in a two piece again... Wish me luck
134.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
