so here it is, i thought i had control over myself and it tunrs out i dont. Its going to be a struggle because now I KNOW what its like to be fit and happy with myself and there is nothing to blame but myself for loosing that.
Between a toddler, sick parent, school, work and a new relationship i slacked off. lets be honest, i was just down right lazy.

Well, its spring. Fresh foods everywhere, no reason to stay inside on the couch, i can read on the treadmill so there is no excuse anymore.

I'm better than what i let myself get to. Damn it.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
