So I'm coming to the end of week 4 and I begin my second month of P90X on Sunday...the food I'm allowed to eat now include more carbs, mostly whole wheat stuff.

On the downside, I haven't been working out for the past 4 days! I just got a new kitten and he's occupying ALL of my time to get him adjusted to the 10yr old cat I presently have... So although this is my week of mainly stretching/light cardio workout, I've done nothing!! My weight doesn't seem to be gaining, but not losing either(I know it looks like I've lost a pound, but that was about a week ago and wanted to make sure it was accurate before I changed it on here).
165.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good luck with month 2 of your plan. You're doing so well so far! Hope the kitten is settling in OK, and not annoying your older cat too much!! Have a great week!! :)
