Go figure. Dropped below 150 after eating pizza. Oh well, even so, I think a big bowl of steamed broccoli is on tonight's menu. I feel the need for one of my all time favorite comfort foods!
149.6 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 24.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
