I have gained quiet a bit weight back. Primary reason was the passing of my parents (Dad on 11/30/11 and Mom on 1/25/12)....Although I was eliminating the same foods (for the most part), I lost control and began eating too much and at the wrong times of the day. Time now is to get my focus back, get healthy and hit this 260 lb goal again.
