Glad to have gotten off the couple of pounds I had put back on! Upped my walking and need to begin some weight training, sit-ups etc. Feeling good!!
243.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 58.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
