So close to dropping into the 140's, yet it is so elusive all this month. Of course the Fruit Loops have not helped. All a gradual, sustainable change. Adding the exercise will help in the long run.
151.2 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
