오늘은 왠지 운동을 좀 더 한것같은 느낌이다. 전에는 랫풀다운할때 등에 자극이 오는지 잘 몰랐는데 하는방법을 알고하니 좀 더 등쪽 근육을 쓰는것 같다. 헬스할 때 자세가 중요하다는게 이래서 그런거같다.그나저나 24.1%까지 떨어졌던 체지방이 24.7%까지 다시 늘었다. 언제빼냐..ㅠㅠ
