I'm doing so great and feeling so good. on my old basement scales I weigh 195 which means I've lost 22 pounds since October 4. (7 weeks)
201.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
