Today is a good day!
Yesterday my group (and I) worked on legs/thighs, doing lunges, kicks, squats, etc. I think we all wanted to die at some point either during (or post) workout, but it was very satisfying to finish it up. We hung out for a little bit post-workout reading a blog on losing weight being a process and not a 2 second deal (ie, we're forming habits that we have to follow for a lifetime). It was an interesting read which gave me a little motivation to get things moving.
This morning I woke up fresh and ready to go and did 3 miles of Leslie Sanson's walk away the pounds, it was a nice start to my day.
