I think I am seeing the importance of drinking fluids while low carbing. I drank a lot of water, tea, SoBeWater and diet Dr. Pepper yesterday, all on ice. So will strive for half my weight in fluids. That's what my cousin is doing as recommended by her dietitian. I know I'm eating right, just not dropping the weight I expected.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 39.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week
