I've been sliding off the diet- just eating whatever. So, I'm glad that this journal is here to remind me to get back with the program. My dad (in another state) had a stroke and my father-in-law (who lives in the same town) has been in the hospital for three weeks with an infection. So I guess I am stress eating. There was a recipe for chocolate peanut butter pudding that looked pretty good- so I'll get back on it.
