I've stayed at a plateau for a month @192. Guess it is to be expected. First time I did low carb, I lost more quickly. This time, it's taking a little longer even though I'm staying below the 20g of carbs. My blood sugar hit an all time low of 70 (4.7). I was busy and began getting hungry late in the afternoon. But, at least I'm going in the right direction, just a little slower.
