On period, but even so I did not eat well this past week and would not be surprised if the gain were real. I think that the problem is that I've let awareness fade out of my eating in a big way - a big, BAD way. I'm falling to really notice the taste and texture in my mouth, and pay attention to when I'm full.
Goal for this week: AWARENESS - 127.3 or lower at next weigh-in
