I have begun to understand better the proportionality between what we eat and mood, and how it correlates to how healthy we are and how young we feel. The foods we consume, will either nourish our cells and allow for healthier reproduction of cell growth, or if food is without any nutritional value, create internal havoc throwing the body out of homeostasis. Weight loss happens almost immediately when this is applied and at a constant rate, if and only if the thought of one’s long-term health is of greater motivation than that of the appeal of dieting.

142.9 lb Lost so far: 4.1 lb.    Still to go: 2.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
