Great gym session, burn 750 calories, had a chicken peri peri Pizza from Sanook, Oreo milkshake and 4 pieces dairy milk chocolate and woolworths prawn flavoured chips.
231.9 lb Lost so far: 23.1 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
