Breakfast Eggwhite omelet green peppes shredded cheese onions tomatoes and one cup of tea. Lunch vegetable patty with garden salad olives tomatoes black beans. Dinner 2 veggy patty sandwiches. Snacks 3 Lite and Fit yogurts 2 apples and 1 ounce of nuts.
