First week-and-a-bit of fat-secret. Running programme (c25k) followed correctly. Food too fatty (i.e. cheese snacks, pizza occasionally leaked in). Drank far too much alcohol cos it's easter holiday and there were lots of parties.
229.3 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 48.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
