really on a plateau! Seems nothing I do gets the we4ight to drop. I follow my diet, I walk as much as possible...even in the house - I try to get up every 15 minutes and walk throughout the house...just so I'm not just sitting around. Who knows, maybe next time I will finally see some weight coming off.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
