This seems to be my first 1.5 lbs up because of the baby. Seems reasonable to me! I wish there was a good way to know that it is really weight for the pregnancy, not just because I like to eat bad things now :)
209.5 lb Lost so far: 65.5 lb.    Still to go: 49.5 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 0.8 lb a week

i'm a labor and delivery nurse and my best advice to you is talk to your midwife or doctor about diet and weight gain, they can let you know what a healthy weight gain is and help you with a good healthy diet for you and your baby. it really doesn't take that many extra calories to grow a baby, so continue your healthy eating habits and take "bad" foods in small and moderate portions. congrats on your pregnancy.
